
Yoga Workshops Zürich
My workshops are an invitation to slow down, reconnect and create space for yourself.
Through a combination of yoga, breathwork, meditation and gentle self-reflection inspired by Ayurveda, I guide you into a deeper connection with your body and inner world. These sessions are designed to help you release tension, gain clarity and return to a sense of balance – physically, mentally and emotionally.
Each workshop creates a warm and supportive space where you can arrive just as you are. We move, breathe, reflect and share – always at your own pace.


What to expect
A space to explore movement, stillness and self-awareness
In my workshops, we explore a holistic practice that combines mindful movement, conscious breathing and moments of stillness. You’ll be guided through gentle yoga, pranayama and meditation, along with simple tools for self-reflection that you can integrate into your daily life.
To complete the experience, we take time to nourish ourselves – both physically and emotionally – often sharing a calm moment of connection together.

You are welcome just as you are, at any point along your journey.
